GENERAL INFORMATION 
 
Our goal is to ensure that you have a smooth shopping and delivery experience. 
 
We ship to any location in the CONTINENTAL US. (Lower 48 States)  All orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer.
In-stock items normally leave the warehouse within 3-14 days.
Custom made-to-order furniture and larger items may take 2-10 weeks.
Check the product description for your item. If longer then 3-14 days it will be stated.
Depending on the items ordered and the warehouse locations, you may receive multiply shipments on separate days.
Tracking information will be released to you upon payment and processing of your order.

SHIPPING METHODS:
 
UPS AND FEDEX GROUND
 
This shipping methods will be used for all smaller items. UPS or FEDEX can not deliver to PO Boxes.
 
 
 
MOTOR FREIGHT CARRIER
 
This shipping method will be used for large furniture and highly fragile items. When your order leaves the warehouse there is a transit time of 5-15 business days before the delivery arrives. You will be notified once the order has been shipped and all tracking information will be available to you. 
 
If you are ordering from ALASKA, please use contactus@pacifichome14@gmail or call 1-800-880-1507 to get more information for shipping on the larger pieces you would like to purchase. Not all large furniture or highly fragile items can be shipped motor freight carrier to your area in Alaska.
 
 
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY POLICY
 
White Glove Service Delivery is COMPLIMENTARY on all large furniture shipments, special order furniture or highly fragile items.
 
THIS SERVICE INCLUDES:
 
1. The delivery company will be calling you, our valuable customer, to set up a delivery time.
2. Your item(s) brought inside, unpacked and put in a placement location of your choice.
3. The removal of all packing material.
4. Includes 30 minutes of setup time depending on the item(s) delivered.
 
THIS service does not include, moving or removal of any existing furniture. PLEASE be sure that your area is cleared before delivery personnel arrive.
THIS service also does not include removal of anything electrical, including  the removal of light fixtures, electrical equipment, home electronics, or any component, electrical, or plumbing hookup.
The installation of any light fixture is not included as set up time. A qualified licensed electrician should be used for all lighting installations.
The hanging of all mirrors, wall art or art work is the sole responsibilty of the consumer.
 
 
 
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED BY MOTOR FREIGHT 
 
PLEASE NOTE:
 
It is important to communicate in the sales order process any special delivery considerations such as, private remote location, long narrow driveway, gated community or any other concerns you may have as our customer. This will avoid delivery delays and additional costs to you our valued customer.  The carrier will contact  you to schedule a delivery time for your purchase. 
 
Our carriers we use for your furniture or highly fragile items will ensure WHITE GLOVE delivery to your specified delivery door and the inside location of your choice.
 
 
 
PLEASE NOTE:  MEASURE WELL!!  THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT AND YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING YOUR FURNITURE CAN BE DELIVERED INTO YOUR HOME (this will include front doors, bedroom doors, apartments, stairwells, elevators, etc.) PLEASE CONTACT US SHOULD YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS ABOUT THE DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER. THIS SHOULD BE COMMUNICATED IN THE SALES ORDER CONFORMATION PROCESS.
 
 
 
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER:
 
Upon delivery, please take the time to inspect all your items carefully for any damages that may have occurred in transit with our freight company.
DO NOT sign the receipt until you have thoroughly inspected all your items!
 
VERY IMPORTANT:
 
If you have plans to be out of town prior to the expected delivery of your furniture or bulky merchandise, please notify us so that we can contact the manufacturer or the shipping company. Any storage fees will be the customer’s responsibility and, if charged to Pacific Home Furniture, will be charged back to the customer. The item(s) will be subject to storage fees and additional delivery charges. You will be provided all tracking information regarding your delivery.
 
Detailed instructions for receiving your delivery will be emailed to you after your order has been processed.
